The North Dakota Motor Carriers Association initiated a strategic plan to provide direction for the operation and advancement of the Association in September of 2006. The scope of the plan is for 5 years, but will offer a platform for future development well beyond this finite timeframe. The Board of Directors approved the development of a Strategic Planning Task Force to guide this effort. The task force meet for a strategic planning session in October and then two subsiquent meetings to produce a draft plan for approval by the full Board of Directors. The Plan was approved by the Board of Directors at the December 5, 2006 meeting.
